Returns and Refunds Policy

At Baldarian, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or return is necessary. Below, we outline our policy regarding returns and refunds.

  1. General Conditions

    Non-Refundable Services: Since our services involve customized and tailored work, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed and delivered to the client. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, content creation, campaign management, and consulting.

    Deposits and Advance Payments: Initial payments or deposits to secure the start of a project are non-refundable, as they cover the initial costs of planning and development. These payments are considered a commitment from the client to proceed with the project.

  2. Service Cancellation

    Cancellation by the Client: If a client decides to cancel a service before it has been completed, they will be charged for the hours of work already performed up to the cancellation date. Any payment made that exceeds the value of the hours worked will be refunded to the client.

    Cancellation by the Agency: In the event that Baldarian must cancel a project for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of any payments made for services not rendered.

  3. Refund Requests

    Request Process: To request a refund, the client must submit a written request to info@baldarian.com within 14 days of the completion of the service in question. The request should include the reason for the refund and any relevant information to facilitate the evaluation.

    Evaluation of the Request: Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Baldarian reserves the right to deny refunds if it is determined that the service was provided in accordance with the agreed terms.

  4. Exceptions

    Satisfaction Guarantee: If a client is not satisfied with a specific service, Baldarian commits to working with the client to make the necessary corrections within the scope of the original project. This satisfaction guarantee does not imply a refund but rather a commitment to adjust the work to meet the client’s expectations.

  5. Policy Changes

    Baldarian reserves the right to modify this returns and refunds policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
